Have you tried 7zip? you can find that program right here > [link]
It's compressed in a 7z file so it really only works if you have 7zip.
But don't worry, its not spy or adware and it offers the highest compression rate out of all the compression applications and it works with all of them (.zip, .rar, and .7z). Much better then WinZip and WinRar by leagues.
I feel so dumb D: which download button do I chose... so I can extract this file and use it if I get 7zip? or WinZip
